Creating a form to collect user information.

Hello, my company needs to create a form that does the following:

• Collections the user's information (that they type in).

• Hosted not on our website. .
• We need 5 users. .

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can build a form and include the necessary field where users can input their details. Here's how to do it:

1. On the My Workspace page, click on Create on the top left of the page.
2. Click on the Form option.
3. Next, click on Start from scratch, and click on Classic form.
4. To add fields, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
5. Under the Basic tab is the list of available elements. You can click on it or drag it to add it to your form.
