Can AgentAI Links Be Controlled in the Form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Ensuring the correct Agent AI link is sent is managed within the AI Agent Builder alongside your form setup. When you create an AI Agent from your form whether through My Agents, My Forms, or directly in the Form Builder the system automatically generates a unique link tied to that form. You can find and copy this link from the Publish tab.

The AI Agent Builder also gives you control over how the link is shared. You can set access levels to Public, Private, or Company Access, and invitations can be sent directly by email from the builder to make sure the right users receive the correct link.

Beyond email, you can distribute the link in other ways as well. Options include embedding the agent on your website, sharing it on social media, or generating a QR code all available in the Publish tab of the AI Agent Builder. This flexibility ensures you can manage distribution in the way that best fits your needs.
