Automating Follow-Up Emails with Make and Jotform

I send the results to Make, then Make creates strategies/plans and sends some of the information back from ChatGPT into a hidden field in Jotform.

I was wondering if it’s possible to set up something like this:

• Wait 24h
• If the [Persona field] is still empty → send an email: “Hey, did you forget about our conversation?” with a [Link to the AgentAI].

Currently, it’s not possible to automatically wait 24 hours and then check if the Persona field is empty to send a reminder using only Jotform and the available Make modules. The scenario can only send an email immediately upon submission. Otherwise, you would need to set up an email reminder as suggested in the original thread.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
