I have been trying for hours to just get a way to get an email address and then have someone sign an NDA so that I can send them information.

Podo has created everything but that. Why is this so difficult?

    Hi Brett,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

To collect an email address and have someone sign an NDA, you can create a form with an Email field and attach an NDA document using the Signature widget or PDF attachment feature. This way, users can enter their email and sign the NDA in one form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Brett,

You can try using the Smart PDF feature and upload the NDA and allow users to sign them as well. Creating a form by uploading a PDF is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
    2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Smart PDF Form.
    3. In Smart PDF Forms, click on Upload Document, and then select the PDF you want to convert to a form, or just drag and drop the PDF into the white upload area.

Yes now how do I get their email address? I want to embed this form on a webpage and I don't see a way to get their email address.

    Hi Brett,

To collect users' email addresses through your Smart PDF form, you'll need to add an Email field to the online version of your form. When you upload your PDF to create a Smart PDF form, you can insert fields like Email from the Form Builder. This field will be mapped to the PDF, allowing the user's email address to be collected upon submission. You can follow the detailed instructions provided by my colleague here.

Once the form is embedded, users will be able to enter their email address and sign the NDA within the same form. The collected email addresses will be included with each submitted and signed NDA.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
