Can't download the Audio File in my device

    I am able to download the audio file from this form onto a PC, but having trouble on my MAC and Iphone.


    Please advise.

    To download audio files on your Mac and iPhone, try these steps:

    1. On Mac: Use Jotform Tables or Inbox to download files. Select your form, go to submissions, and use the Download Attachments option. The files will be zipped and sent via email.
    2. On iPhone: Use the Jotform Mobile Forms app. If recording audio, ensure the Voice Recorder Widget is properly added to your form. For playback and download, use the app interface to access and save files.
    3. If you face issues, ensure your device supports the file format and your browser or app is updated.

    Hi Matthew,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I can download the audio file in the Jotform table, using my MAC device. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Cant download the Audio File in my device Image 1 Screenshot 20 Can you try to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if that resolves the issue? I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution. You can also test your form on a different device or browser to see if the issue still replicates.

    Yes. I can download it in th etable, but not when I receive it in the email form. I do not want to have to do that every time. We tried 3 different devices and 2 different browsers.

    Hi Matthew,

    I tried cloning your form to test it, and I got the same result. You'll need to be logged in to your Jotform account to be able to download the recording through the link sent in the email notification. 

    To confirm, were you logged in to your account when you accessed the audio file link on your desktop?
