My app notifications are coming through in different languages

Every iPhone notification I get from Jotform is coming through in different languages. Jotform is the only app this is happening with so it isn’t a phone setting. All the forms are set to English and all email languages are set to English. App settings are set to English too.

Hi Kyle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have received an update from our developers that this issue has been fixed. If the issue persists on your end, can you take a screenshot of it and share it with us? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Centerpage, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Same thing is happening to me -
When a form is submitted the app notification returns in Spanish, I think it's Spanish
