All of our account settings in the account and on each form state that the language is english. However, a few of our forms are sending notifications in Spanish. Just the notification not the form information itself. Can you please assist.

It is not the email notifications it is the app notification when a notification comes through that a new form was submitted

I have checked the settings in the app and deleted app and reinstalled.

If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

I am having this same issue.
Every iPhone notification I get from Jotform is coming through in different languages. Jotform is the only app this is happening with so it isn’t a phone setting. All the forms are set to English and all email languages are set to English. App settings are set to English too. -

This seems to be a known problem impacting multiple users, with similar reports of notifications displaying in other languages despite all account, form, and app settings being configured to English. Our Developers know about this and are already working on getting it sorted. We’ll circle back with an update when there is one.
