I have been making changes to a form that show up in the form builder, but not on the live form. I have cleared by browser cache, cleared my forms cache, and tried an incognito browser. My form is not using any widgets and is not embedded on any websites. this issue has occurred for more than one form. Please let me know what I can do, other than create a new form from scratch. That is not a preferred solution as I have already shared the link, but nobody has filled it out yet. I'm trying to add a second upload section for the form linked.

    Hi Kaylen,

I cloned your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything is working properly. Take a look at the screencast below:

Changes in form builder is not reflecting in live form Image 1 Screenshot 20 For us to further investigate the issue, could you send us a screen recording of what is happening so we can replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us. As a precaution, I've cleared your form caches.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Joeni,

I am not sure how to screen record, but there is nothing "happening." The form has all the fields I want in the form build section, but the edits are not showing up in the form itself. I tried to add a second upload field so people can upload logos in one and word docs in another, and the second one will not show up on the actual form.

Additionally, a new problem that I just discovered is my colleagues are in fact filling out that form, but from the back end it is showing no submissions. I have seen several confirmation emails come through showing that people are filling out the form, but it is empty.

    Hi Kaylen,

When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results: Changes in form builder is not reflecting in live form Image 1 Screenshot 40 If the fields are already showing on the Form Builder, you can try to clear your form cache, since it typically fix minor form issues. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi, I have tried clearing the cache multiple times. Is there any solution other than cloning the form and starting over?

    Hi Kaylen,

Can you try using a different device to see if the changes on your Form Builder will reflect on your live form? If the issue still persists, would you allow us to try to do some changes on your form and see if it will reflect on your form itself?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Kaylen,

Since we are unable to replicate the issue, can you try to Clone your Existing Form? It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Workspace page, hover your mouse to the form and select More.
    2. Under Form section, choose Clone. That's it.

Changes in form builder is not reflecting in live form Image 1 Screenshot 20When you clone your form, you won't have to start over, you will be creating a duplicate or copy of your form, and it will include all of the form elements. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we’ll do some more testing to see what’s going on.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
