Hi Oliver,
Could you confirm that the orange bar you're referring to here is the red orange bar in the form email template? See the screenshot below for reference:
If this is not it, could you take a screenshot of what you're referring to? That'll help us understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hello Oliver,
You can change the header line color from the Autoresponder Email Source Code. Let me show you how:
- Open your Autoresponder Email by clicking on the Pencil icon to edit.
- In the Email Content toolbar, click on the Source Code icon.
- Choose the area you want to edit in the source code and make changes. For the header line, the source code is the Line Height. You just need t replace the color hex code for the color you want to replace.
- click on OK to save the changes, and then click on Save.
<td style="line-height: 0; font-size: 0; border-radius: 4px 4px 0 0;" colspan="3" bgcolor="#F3F3FE" height="8"> </td>
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
