Change colour in recipients email.

Currently there is a purple colour (jotform branding) as the background a recipient receives to confirm their form submission. How do I change that? I went into the CSS but there are many colour options. Not sure if one is where I need to make the change.

Also, where do I go to change the orange bar that sits above the submitters response answers. I changed it to Grey/black when I was playing around with the colours but not sure which one I changed? Thanks.

    Hi Oliver,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, I wasn't able to see the purple background on the autoresponder email. Check out the screenshot below

If you are trying to change the email background color, you can do it in the email editor by changing it in the source code. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on the top, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Emails on the left side menu.

    3. Next, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon

    4. In the Email Editor, click on the Source code icon on the top navigation bar.

    5. Find the background-color text in the source code field. This is usually around the top source code.

    6. Now, change the color code into your desired color using the color code, and make sure to click on OK and click on the Save button once done.

I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

Can you share with us a screenshot of it so we can see what you are trying to explain?
