Is there a way to generate a fresh email that includes the edit submission link?

Since many of my respondents have already submitted their information previously, is there a way to generate a fresh email to them that includes the edit submission button?

Yes, for that case you can use the Request Update action button in Jotform Tables. Here's how to set it up:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and click on the Buttons tab.
2. Now, select Request Update, click on Next, and enter a column name, then click on Next again.
3. Select the Email field on your form. (You can also enter a personal message)
4. Then, click on the Create Column button, and you're done.

Now, when you click the Request Update button, a similar email like below will be sent to the form submitter:
