Hi
Occasionally the agent is trying to display an image from the website in the answer but the website has 'Image Hotlink Protection' switched on. Is there a workaround for this?Hotlink protection settings can accept whitelisted domains. Perhaps if you let me know what domain to use here for the Jotform agent? or another suggested solution?

Hi Dean,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When a website has Image Hotlink Protection enabled, it can block the AI agent from displaying images hosted on that site due to restrictions based on the Referer header. While hotlink protection settings can accept whitelisted domains, the challenge is that the AI agent doesn’t consistently use a fixed public-facing domain for image requests.
Because of this, whitelisting a specific domain may not always resolve the issue. As a workaround, we recommend either hosting your images on platforms that allow external embedding, such as Jotform’s own file uploads, Cloudinary, Imgur, or Amazon S3 with public access enabled, or adjusting your hotlink settings to whitelist Jotform domains like jotform.com, www.jotform.com, and form.jotform.com.
While this doesn’t guarantee success in every case, it does increase the likelihood that the AI agent will be able to render images properly. Alternatively, if you’re able to configure your system to allow referrer-agnostic access or generate signed URLs with temporary public access, that would also work.
Let us know if you need any more help.

ok thanks for the comprehensive reply.
It might be that I don't want the agent to display images in answers.
There are actually gallery pages on the website but it took some direct prompting for the agent to suggest going to these pages.
This is very new to me I am still learning how to best train the agent.
While we're here...I notice the agent offers the addresses with the full site urls; https://mtn.1iota.xyz/xxx/xxx
Is there a setting or is it training where the agent presents these links as plain text?
Such as'
'See the Island Gallery here'thanks
