Hi Corrado,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, audit trail follows the account’s default timezone, which is typically set in your Account Settings. Let me show you how:
1. In your Account Settings, under Timezone section, click Edit on its right.
2. Then, search for Rome, and select Rome GMT +2:00 in the dropdown.
3. Click Save to apply changes to your account.
Check out the screenshots below, showing the audit trail reflecting the day and time of the current timezone, which is set at Rome GMT +2:00:

That's it. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
