Per personalizzare la scritta sul bottone celeste "start filling", purtroppo non è possibile modificarla direttamente tramite le impostazioni standard di Jotform.
Per quanto riguarda il fuso orario dell'audit trail, puoi impostare il fuso orario desiderato modificando il campo appuntamento nel Form Builder:
- Clicca sull'icona a forma di ingranaggio del campo appuntamento nel Form Builder.
- Vai alla scheda Avanzate e seleziona il fuso orario predefinito che vuoi applicare, in questo caso il fuso orario dell'Italia.
In questo modo, anche il timestamp vicino alla firma risulterà congruo con il fuso orario italiano.

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, there is currently no direct option to customize or change the text of the Start Filling button in the Smart PDF Form settings. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
