Conditionally Redirect to a URL

Part 2: I would actually like to only redirect to the Target form if a certain condition is met. Not for all Submissions; however, I'm unsure if that can be done since I'm unable to get any fields to populate.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it's possible to Change the Thank You Page URL based on their answer to a specific field on the first form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.

2. Select Conditions from the menu on the left.

3. Click on the Add Condition button in the upper part of the page, and select Change Thank You Page from the options.

4. Set the conditions as shown in the screenshot below, and click on Save at the bottom.
