Hi Yavida,
I checked your account and see that you no longer have uploads to any of your forms, yet your usage still show 18.66GB even after recalculating it from our end. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Yadiva,
I reviewed your forms. This form contains both active document submissions and document submissions that are in the trash. You can review and delete the submissions in the trash if you want. This will help reduce your upload storage usage.
If you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Hi, I am having trouble viewing deleted content in the recycle garbage can. It literally appears empty.
Could you help me with this detail?

Hi Yadiva,
Can you check the trash entries in Jotform Tables of this form? Here's how:
- In Jotform Tables page, click on the main tab's three dots icon.
- Select Trashed entries from the menu.
- In the Trash panel on the right, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
- Click on Delete Forever and confirm.
We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
