Upload usage didn't reduce after submission deletion

    Hello JotForm Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue where the storage usage is not updating after deleting multiple files from my account. Despite permanently removing submissions that contained large attachments, my "File Storage" usage still shows the same amount of space occupied (14.47 GB of 20 GB). Additionally, I have checked the Trash, and it is empty.

    I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Cleared my form cache from the account settings.
    2. Logged out and logged back in.
    3. Checked for archived or disabled forms that might still contain files.
    4. Waited several hours to see if the storage updates automatically.

    Unfortunately, the issue persists, and my available storage has not changed. Could you please force a manual refresh of my account storage or advise on any additional steps I should take?

    Hi Yavida,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've recalculated your upload usage and they remain at 14.44 GB. Checking on your forms, it seems that there are submissions that's not been permanently deleted yet. The deleted submission will remain in the Trashed Entries folder for 30 days before it gets purged. Unless the submissions are purged, they will still count towards your form usage. Let's continue on how to purge them:

    1. In your submission tables, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
    2. Select the Trashed Entries.
    3. Then, select the deleted entries 
    4. Click on the Delete Forever button.

    Good evening, I followed your steps and deleted them for good. However it has not changed my storage usage

    Hi Yavida,

    I can see that the upload usage on your account was 14.50 GB / 20.00 GB. I have manually recalculated the uploads and this has resolved the issue. Your current upload is 8.25 GB / 20.00 GB.

    Good evening. I have the same problem as last time. I have deleted a good amount of logs and they are not showing up in the recycle garbage can.


    Could you please recalculate my GB consumption?
