One other unrelated question; I had some misinterpretation of words leading to mispronunciation. I fixed it by writing the words phonetically but wondered if there were tags or another way to explain the context to the system? Not a big deal.
In case you want to know some examples are the words 'wind' and 'wound' as relates to the turning of something around a center i.e. 'the wind of the spring', or 'left wound spring'.

Hi Burt,
Currently, when using the Ask Question feature, the Presentation Agent picks up the user’s message based on how it’s spoken and responds to what it hears. Instead of using the Ask Question button, which works through voice interaction with the Presentation Agent, you can use the Chat Panel for a more conversational, text-based experience with the agent.

Sorry for the confusion. I entered the text in the slide. The voice module pronounced them wrong as relates to the context in which they were used - i.e. it interpreted 'wind' as blowing air, and 'wound' as an injury. In the slide context even though they are spelled the same they would have been phonetically pronounced 'wined' and 'wownd'.
I understand the difficulty I just wondered if there was some type tags I could use to add context that would not be converted to audio to help the AI understand for example that 'wind' and 'wound' are pronounced in the context of a torsion spring or a clock.
It is not important, I can work with what JotForm already has which is already excellent - just wanted to know so I didn't reinvent the wheel.

Hi Burt,
Thanks for getting back to us. AI Agents presentations will pronounce words based on how they're spelled. There's currently no option to make a presentation agent pronounce a certain word differently.
