Hi. I decided to check out your Presentation Agent after I saw one of your emails. I uploaded a PDF and was able to quickly generate and then modify this simple test. I was very surprised by how good this is, and how quickly I was able to produce a useable result. In face it was good enough that I thought I might link to it as it is better than my static PDF.
Initially I want to disable viewers ability to Ask Question or Chat with the agent because the product this is about is custom fabricated and I don't want the agent to inadvertently information that a customer uses to order incorrectly and be liable.
When I have some time to read through and the agents more thoroughly and train them I can see this being very helpful as there are a few products - like the springs that seem to generate more questions than all of the others.
One other unrelated question; I had some misinterpretation of words leading to mispronunciation. I fixed it by writing the words phonetically but wondered if there were tags or another way to explain the context to the system? Not a big deal.
In case you want to know some examples are the words 'wind' and 'wound' as relates to the turning of something around a center i.e. 'the wind of the spring', or 'left wound spring'.
Thank you for another amazing product.

Hi Burt,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to disable the Ask Question or Chat with Agent feature for the viewers. Let me show you how:
1. In Presentation channel of AI Agent Builder, click on Players tab at the bottom left of the page.
2. In Players tab view, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Presentation Viewer.
3. In the menu that opens on the right, click on Navigation tab.
4. In Navigation tab, toggle OFF the Ask Questions and Chat Panel options.
Check out the screenshot below, showing that while viewing the presentation, the Ask Question button and Chat Panel icon are not visible in the bottom panel, as they have been disabled.
I answered your other question on a new thread. You can go ahead and check that out here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
