Hi there - we have a client that wants to use some sort of automation on their form to manage registration. Basically - they are offering their exhibitors the option to sponsor two different luncheons. The client would like an automated way to 'close' or hide that option, once someone has signed up to sponsor one of those two events.

Right now, we have to watch the submissions and go in and manually close or hide that field. Is there a way to do this automatically?

Here is the note/request from the client:

Only 2 lunch sponsors available, one on Friday and one on Saturday – once a person registers for them, they would automatically close and be unavailable to other people.

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Tim

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked out your OAOS 2025 Exhibitor Registration form, I found that you are already using the Show/Hide conditional logic with the user defined amount in the Payment type.

Alternatively, you can use the Inventory widget which can track the number of selections and automatically disable options when the quota is met. Here is my Demo Form, you can check it out and clone it.
