Smart PDF: Option to add Audit Trail or Flow Activity History to the Original PDF

Is it possible to append the workflow history below the original form?

Right now, there isn’t an option to add the Audit Trail or Flow Activity History directly to the Original PDF Document. It’s only available in the submission PDF version. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
