How to view and download the Original PDF document?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you want to check the Original PDF filled with the submission data, you can do it in PDF Editor. Here's how to do it:

1. In Smart PDF Forms, click on the Quick Share menu in the top left corner.
2. Select PDF Editor.
3. Click on the Original PDF tab to see your documents.

Unfortunately, the Flow Activity History can't be added to the original PDF. You can only add this to the submission PDF.
