Alvast dank, hartelijke groet, Celien

Hi Celien,
It is possible to create a quiz, where people only see their own result and advice, with Jotform's quiz feature.
- Create a form with your questions and answers (A, B, C, D).
- Use the quiz feature to determine which type corresponds to which answers.
- Set people to only see their own results, not all possible outcomes.
- Create different emails for each type and let the form automatically send the correct email based on the result.
You can find more information in How to Turn Your Form Into a Quiz or Exam user guide.
Hope this will work for you.

reflexzwolleGeantwoord op 30 juni 2025 om 04:20Hello,
Thank you for your response. It's great that this option is available in
Jotform. I'm not entirely sure, to ensure that people only get their own
results and advice, what choice do I make here? Do I choose "Email Results
to - Sends a copy of the results to the provided email. For example, you can
enter your email address to get a copy of the form fillers' answers and
results after submission.
Use Custom Email Page - Opens an editor where you can customize the emailed
results". Or do I choose: "Show Results to user after submission - Displays
the Results page to the form filler after clicking on the submit button.
Open Results Page Inside Form's Frame (if form is embedded) - If this option
is enabled and the form is embedded, the results are displayed after
submission without leaving the parent window.
Use Custom Results Page - This opens an editor where you can customize the
displayed results".
Thank you in advance for your response.

Hi Celien,
You can allow users to see only their own results and recommendations using multiple methods. You can use just one of them or combine several at the same time:Method 1: Customize the Thank You Page
You can customize the results page using the “Change Thank You Page” condition under the Settings > Conditions tab. This way, you can show different results pages based on the user’s type.
Method 2: Use different Autoresponder Emails
You can create multiple autoresponder emails and send them based on specific conditions. For example, if the user type is A, then send Autoresponder A. This allows the user to receive their own results along with a personalized message.

reflexzwolleGeantwoord op 2 juli 2025 om 13:15Thank you. Already a step further. If I change the "thank you" page, I can
click on a question. But nothing else. For each question (12) in my
personality quiz, there are 4 possible answers. There is no right or wrong
answer. At the end of the quiz, it should come out whether someone is type
A, B, C or D. What do I fill in then?

Hi Celien,
You will have to create multiple conditional logic that will cover each possible combination on your form, since there is no feature to check which is the most selected answer from all the questions. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
