He superado el límite de almacenamiento y hemos estado borrando periódicamente formularios recibidos. Quiero vaciar la papelera y no da la opción para borrar todo de forma permanente.

Now, coming back to your question, I recalculated your upload usage and see that it's now down to 99 MB. Unfortunately, it's not possible to automatically delete all submissions across all your forms but you can delete them in each form to free up space. Let me show you how:

1. In Tables, select the submissions to delete.
2. Next, click on the Delete button at the upper right.
3. On the pop-up window, click on the Move To Trash button to confirm deleting the submissions.

The deleted submission will remain in the Trashed Entries folder for 30 days before it gets purged. Unless the submissions are purged, they will still count towards your form usage.

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.
