Se llena y espacio esta liberado

    Tengo aproximadamente 10 envíos en total, no suman 10 GB, por favor ayuda para liberar espacio.

    Ya limpié el caché. Borré más de 10 envíos y el espacio ocupado no cambió.

    1 vez a la semana debo solicitar esto mismo.

    In Jotform, to free up storage space, it's important to purge presentations that contain uploaded files. Simply deleting them doesn't always free up space immediately if they're not completely purged.

    I recommend checking if the deleted submissions are in the trash and emptying it so that the space is actually freed up. Also, keep in mind that monthly storage limits are managed by account and reset on the first day of your monthly usage cycle.

    Ya no tenemos envios y la papelera esta vacia, aun asi nos esta utilizando 9GB de 10GB
