Hi Mucio,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can achieve this by turning your form into a quiz or test form. You can easily Turn Your Form Into a Quiz or Exam where submitters can see their score at the end. Let me show you how:
1. Go to the Quiz Form page, and click on the Open Quiz Form button.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Allow, select the form you want to turn into a quiz, and then click on the Continue button in the top-right corner of the Form Picker window.
3. Click on the Cross icon to close Form Picker, then in the Options section, click on Checkbox next to Email Results to and enter the email address and subject.
4. Then, click on Checkbox next to the Show Results to User After Submission option.
5. Now, scroll down, select the correct answers for your quiz, and click on Save Quiz at the bottom left of the page and that's it.
You'll also receive an email as the form owner. Check out an example of the email below:
If you want to change the email content, check the Use Custom Email Page box and customize it as you like.
With this setup, your form will automatically grade responses and display an overall score. To get section-specific scores, you can structure your form into sections and assign points to each one, allowing you to analyze results.
Additionally, Jotform Tables lets you create automatic reports and view charts that summarize responses, helping you visually analyze both overall and section-based scores.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
