Aplicación Jotform: No mostrar mi avatar

pero no quiero que se muestre el icono de desarrollo

¿COMO PUEDO HACER QUE SE OCULTE DE FAVOR?

Now, coming back to your question, the one you're seeing is your profile icon or your avatar. A user will be seeing his own avatar if he logs in to his Jotform account on the same browser where the app is opened, or if he logs in to hi Jotform account once he opens your app. Check out my screenshot below:
If you don't want to see your avatar in your Jotform app, don't log in to Jotform account when you open the app. You'll see the icon below, instead:
