You can try few things to solve this problem. First, you can try to clear your caches. To do that, you can follow the steps shown below;
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
If this doesn't work, you can try download the table using a different browser or device.
If this doesn't solve the issue, can you please share the video recording of the problem on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link. This way we can help you better.
