    Now, coming back to the issue, the message you're getting usually indicates a temporary issue with the AI Agent service. Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and improve your chatbot's performance:

    1. Enable Chat History in your AI Agent Builder by selecting your agent, clicking the gear icon, and toggling Chat History on. This allows users to access previous conversations when logged into Jotform.
    2. Train your AI Agent by chatting with it in the Train tab under "Teach Your Agent." This helps refine responses and improve accuracy.
    3. Check your integration settings if your chatbot is connected to platforms like WhatsApp. Ensure all business information and account connections are properly set up.

    Occasional temporary issues like what you were getting may occur, but it usually gets resolved by itself. Agent should be able to get back to its normal state. But if it didn't and the error keeps on coming in, that's where we can consider it concerning, and you can let us know if that happens, so we can do a more in-depth checking.
