Hi Roberto,
Are you referring to the Jotform Branding? If yes, it’s easy to remove Jotform branding on your account’s settings page. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar from the top-right side of the page.
- From the menu that opens, click on Settings.
- Under the Update Your Settings section, uncheck the Show “Powered by Jotform” on my forms option. That's it, you’re done.

No this notification one of my client won't open because say i dont know who is it. i need add C&W Services

Hi Roberto,
Changing the Sender Name on Emails is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Select Emails from the left panel, and click on the Pen icon of the Notification Email.
- Go to the Recipients tab, and go to the Sender Name to change.
- Click Save when done.
