Hola necesito apoyo con el siguiente caso:
Cree un usuario en mi cuenta principal en Jotform es el siguiente:
ruthmartinez@correo.saluddelcaribe.com
como pueden evidenciar le di permisos a los formularios que pueden observar :
sin embargo cuando ingreso a Jotform con esa cuenta de usuario, no se evidencia los formularios compartidos:
Ese mismo caso también me pasa con los siguientes usuarios que se han creado:
dayanaherrera@correo.saluddelcaribe.com
kelysbenthan@correo.saluddelcaribe.com
karenrodriguez@correo.saluddelcaribe.com
quedo atento a sus indicaciones para resolver este inconveniente

Now, coming back to your question, as part of our recent update, the shared folder structure is no longer visible to users with access to shared folders. As a result, all shared forms now appear as a single, extended list under the Shared with Me section on the My Workspace page.
However, to help streamline navigation, the Shared with Me view now includes filters by asset type, making it easier to locate specific shared items.
