Encrypted Submissions: Inbox headers shows No submissions when accessed via email

    2.When clicking to view, we are taken to the form which is titled "No Submissions"

    But if we go to the submissions inbox, prior applications bear the name of the applicant (as opposed to "No Submissions"). Is there some action we are missing in order for the submitted application to bear the name?

    Hi kiarraroper,

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    We are still looking for a response on this as our form is now live. We need to be able to print a completed filled application with disclaimers checked off for a paper file back up.

    It still says “no submissions” as the title on the backend. I would like it to say “Application for Membership Submission”. It has to say Application for Membership somewhere in the response. Because when I print for their file the only title that prints says “no submissions” - we definitely need to get that fixed.

    And, it doesn’t print any of the disclaimers that they sign off on. Please reply.
