We are tested our first encrypted form and have some questions regarding the notification we get after testing.
- The email notification states we received an encrypted submission, and click to view, but it also has the signatures attached as png files. Should the signatures be shown as attachments?
2.When clicking to view, we are taken to the form which is titled "No Submissions"But if we go to the submissions inbox, prior applications bear the name of the applicant (as opposed to "No Submissions"). Is there some action we are missing in order for the submitted application to bear the name?
Thanks, looking forward to your response!

Hi kiarraroper,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue regarding the Signatures being attached on the emails. Let me look into it and get back to you with a solution. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Hi kiarraroper,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. There is no any signature file in the notification email. Check out the screenshot below to see my result:
I went ahead and cleared your form cache, as this typically fix minor form issues. You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, refreshing your page, or try accessing the workflow using another browser or device. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
