About your question, the Agent Knowledge Base works like a base where you can add information in different formats, such as web links, PDF documents, and questions and answers, so the agent can learn and provide accurate answers.
Here's how to use it:
1. In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Knowledge Base.
3. Under Knowledge Base, click on Add new knowledge and select knowledge.
4. Enter accurate info that your AI can use as answers and click on Save at the bottom of the page.

4. Enter the URL, then select Crawl and click on Save at the bottom of the page
