I've deleted all the entries from all my submission forms. During the testing phase of my latest form, every time I complete the form using the "Fill Form" option, or click onto the form link I get this response "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed."
Please advise how to correct this issue.

Hi,
The "only one entry allowed" error message in the form is usually associated to the Form Settings / Unique Submission feature.
Please check the settings in your form. The Unique Submission option should be set to No Check option to disable the feature.
