Email Field Missing in Submission Notifications

Hi, all my forms have an email field on them. 4 of them the email field is on the form, you can see it when you fill out the form on the website but the email field does not show up when we receive the submitted form on our email. How can I fix that? I tried republishing, copied and pasted the source code, it does not work!

I could check your email log and I confirm that there was no email field even though the email field is present on your forms and in the notification email's body. The emails however are present in the submissions.

Upon cloning your form, I could not replicate the issue so I believe it is related to the cache, I have cleared your form cache.

Please try again and let us know how it goes.

I've checked, removed and re-added email notification for one of your forms with the issue reported (BOC3 filing). I've also added another email notification with my email as a recipient:

Then, I made a test submission on your form, however, was not able to replicate the issue:

Could you please check, make another test submission on that form and let us know if the issue persists?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. I tried to replicate the issue after cloning your form and submitted for testing purposes. First time I submitted the form, I could not find the email field in notification email, however I tried to save the email template configuration before submitting the form, and tested the submission again. I was managed the receive the notification email with email address field in it.

If you are still not seeing email address field in notification email, please try to click SAVE in EMAIL under SETTINGS before submitting the form again. If this does not fix the issue, please also try to add duplicate field of email address and try to fill out both fields when submitting the form to see if you are able to find either of those email fields.
