How to Disable Workflow Approval Emails?

My questions now is how to turn this off:

I do not want to see these alerts for submissions only the submission themselves. If there a way to stop these messages?

This is a workflow approval email. Are you looking to disable the form Workflow? If so, let me show you how to disable it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click on Workflows in the menu on the left side of the page.

3. Hover your mouse over the Workflow and click on the Gear icon.

4. Finally, select Disable, and you're done.

Note that this email is part of your workflow, and disabling the workflow is the only way to stop this approval email.
