Hi Doug,

Integrating the form to a webhook is easy. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.

3. Next, search for Webhook and select it.

4. Lastly, specify your webhook endpoint in the Add Webhook field, and click on Complete Integration.
