Hi Doug,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by multi-stage wizard, but if you're referring to making a form multi-pages, there's an option in the form builder to do that. But first thing you need is to create your first form. Let me walk you through it:
1. On your My Workspace page, in the top-left side of the page, click on the Create button.
2. Click on Form, and choose Start From Scratch.
3. Now, select Classic form as the Form layout.
4. Lastly, in Form Builder, set up the form fields, then you can use the Add New Page button at the bottom to add more pages.
Now, if you want to have the form fillers to have an option to save their progress and come back to it later, you can enable the Save and Continue form later feature. We have a guide about that here.
