Adding texts to Paragraph field shows a Something Went Wrong Error message

    I've tried for a week to add paragraph, and when I click on adding text, it says "something went wrong" and I can't use or edit the paragraph.

    it worked this morning, but now doesn't work again.


    I have it between section collapse so I can show and hide the field

    Hi Mathias,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I added a Paragraph field, edited it, and entered some text, but I didn’t encounter the issue you described. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    I also made a test on a cloned form but could not replicate the issue:

    Can you try adding the paragraph field, do not delete it, so we can test it on your form?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    it was added, didn't you see the video ? I didn't remove it

    Hi Mathias,

    Unfortunately, we didn't see the video you shared. We can only see a screenshot that shows the error. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Also, can you try to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if the issue no longer replicates? I also have cleared your form cache as a precaution. You can also test your form on a different device or browser to see if the issue still replicates.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    just look at your own image! it shows clearly the same issue!!! and if you can't see the gif I attached, why not make me aware ?

    clear cache seemed to work

Try also to clear your browser's cache to refresh the page and speed up the page loading process. If the issue persists, I suggest trying to open Jotform in different browsers, such as Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Incognito mode to rule out any browser-related conflicts.
