Hello. Thank you for your responses to my two inquiries. It might help if I explain how our team (form fillers) will use the app:
- A form filler will be in the field and will fill in the form via the app on their tablet. They will upload a series of photos in the app.
- When the form has been completed in the app, they will need to save the completed form to upload to our reporting system.
From my understanding, the completed forms will live in the app. Is that correct? If so, can a form filler access their completed forms and send it to their email?
Thank you,
Lara

Hi Lara,
To clarify, once a form is completed and submitted through the app, the submission data is saved securely on Jotform's servers, not locally within the app itself. That means form fillers won’t be able to access their previously completed forms directly in the app after submission.
However, you can set up an autoresponder email in your form settings to automatically send a PDF copy of the completed submission to the form filler’s email address. This allows them to receive their completed form in their inbox right after submitting, which they can then save or upload to their reporting system.
Attaching your submissions as PDF files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
