Hi LaraRoenitz,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I presume the form fillers will upload images to your form using the File Upload element. The maximum individual file size allowed is 1GB (1048576 KB), and we recommend a maximum of 25 file uploads per form entry. Additionally, since you're subscribed to Silver, you have an Upload Space limit of 1 GB every month. You can also visit this page about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
In case you go over the limit, you can simply delete submissions, or delete the attachments from the older submissions to reduce or free up your Upload Space. But before you do so, we highly recommend downloading the submission files first, as they can no longer be restored once purged. Let me show you how to do that:
1. On your My Forms page, select the form, and click on Submissions in the upper part of the page.
2. In Jotform Tables, click on the Download All button in the upper-right corner of the page, and select Download attachments.
Or, you can also click the three-dot menu in the main submissions tab, hover your mouse over the Download option, and click the Download Attachments option.
The system will begin zipping your file uploads. You’ll see the popup, as shown in the screenshot below, informing you that you’ll receive an email with a link to download the zipped file.
Once done downloading, you can now delete the attachments. Here's how to do that:
1. Still in Jotform Tables, click directly on the attachments, and click on the Trash bin icon.
2. Select Delete file(s) to confirm.
You can also delete multiple submission entries if you want to. Here's how to do that:
1. Still in Jotform Tables, choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column.
2. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
3. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.
Lastly, here's how to purge the deleted entries:
1. Open the Main Tab’s menu in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Trashed Entries from the options.
3. In the Trash panel, choose the entries to purge.
4. Select Delete Forever and select Yes, Delete from the modal.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello. Thank you for your responses to my two inquiries. It might help if I explain how our team (form fillers) will use the app:
- A form filler will be in the field and will fill in the form via the app on their tablet. They will upload a series of photos in the app.
- When the form has been completed in the app, they will need to save the completed form to upload to our reporting system.
From my understanding, the completed forms will live in the app. Is that correct? If so, can a form filler access their completed forms and send it to their email?
Thank you,
Lara
