Integration and Email notification

    We received a submittal on our 'New Contract' form for Josh Hughey at 11:28AM EST. We still have not received the email notification that it was sent (it's 11:46AM EST).

    And the integration into our Airtable base has also not occurred. Why were not received of this submittal via email?

    This is a major problem for our business. This is how we receive work requests. Without these notifications, this service request would get dropped through the cracks.

    Hi Heather,

    I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    The issue with Airtable has been moved to a new thread. We're working on it, and you'll get a reply soon here.
