Submissions not added to Airtable

And the integration into our Airtable base has also not occurred. Why were not received of this submittal via email?

I have checked the logs of your Airtable integration, and it seems like all of them are successfully sent. If you still can't see them, it would be helpful to let us know the IDs of the submissions you are missing, so we could check them further.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
