Can Other Users Edit The Appointment Element Availability?

Can the entertainers add their own availability from themselves to the form so that it's visible to us?

It is possible to for other users to edit the configuration of the Appointment field by using the collaboration link to access the Form Builder page. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the upper right side of the screen, click on Add Collaborators.

2. Click on Copy Link.

Take note that the Collaboration Link has an expiration date, as shown in the screenshot.
