Hi there,
We are a kids entertainment company with up to 20 entertainers - not all are available at all times so there's lots of variations and we would love to start using Jotform, but before subscribing, we need to be 100% that it works for us. Our website www.geniemackers.com takes bookings and includes restrictions to certain booking details such as duration and number of kids. I've included a link below to our booking system and if can answer the following questions around it, that would be great!
- The 1.30pm slot is always restricted to 1 hour at weekends only - can this be done but changed if we need to open up the slot?
- Can the packages have an option for a dropdown with details of each package (see our booking link below)
- Can we restrict the number of kids as per our recommended number of kids on the website( depending on the activities they include e.g. max of 8 kids for a 1 hour party including face paint and balloons)
- Can we add terms and conditions?
- Can the entertainers add their own availability from themselves to the form so that it's visible to us?
- Will we be able to set up an auto response email and text through the form?
- Can a booking be added onto our google calendar automatically ?
- for future consideration, can we build a full website through Jotform?
looking forward to hearing from you!
Kind Regards,
Dee:)

Hi Dee,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Intervals option of the Appointment element to restrict the 1:30 PM time zone to 1 hour only. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.
2. On the left panel, click/drag the Appointment element to add into the form.
3. On the right side of the newly added Appointment element, click on the Gear icon.
4. On the right panel, click on Add New Interval.
5. Set 13:30 for From and 14:30 for To.
6. Click on Weekdays.
7. Select Saturday and Sunday only.
8. Turn off, Lunchtime.

To avoid confusion, I have moved your other questions to these threads: How To Display Package Details When Selected?, Can We Use Jotform To Create A Website?, How To Sync Appointment Element To Google Calendar?, How To Set Up Autoresponder Email?, Can Other Users Edit The Appointment Element Availability?, How To Add Terms and Conditions?, How To Restrict Number Of Kids?, and Can Other Users Edit The Appointment Element Availability?.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
