When I try to assign forms, it tell me "Verify email to assign forms." My email is already verified but this continues to pop up. What can be done to fix this and allow me to assign forms?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding the issue where you see the message Verify email to assign forms even though your email is already verified, this can sometimes happen due to a system glitch or a verification status not updating properly.
Can you try to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if the issue no longer replicates? I cleared your form cache as a precaution. You can also try this to test it on a different device or browser to see if the issue still replicates.
If the issue persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
