Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on your screenshot, you have reached your upload space limit, which is 100 MB. However, I've checked your account and all your usage are within the limits. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh your form. Can you check it again now? If the issue persists, try to log out and log back in to your account. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread and will be helping you out here.
