What can collaborators do? Are there any limitations?

You can use the Form Collaboration feature to allow multiple team members to work simultaneously on the same form. Collaborators can view and edit the form in real-time, but guest collaborators cannot access the Publish tab or publish features. For submission data, you can share your submission tables with collaborators via Jotform Tables. You can set permissions such as read-only, commenter, or collaborator, controlling whether they can view, comment, or edit the data but, collaborators currently can't create reports from submissions.
