Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. With our regular plans, only one user login credential is allowed per account, meaning only one user can create forms/surveys directly within that account. If you need multiple users to create and manage forms under one account, you would need to upgrade to the Jotform Enterprise plan, which supports multiple users with full control and visibility over team actions.
